Xyst undertook initial project scoping and a high level review of existing tree maintenance services to assist Gisborne District Council in deciding on a preferred approach.
Xyst assisted Gisborne District Council with procurement, through developing a procurement plan and draft contract, as well as writing technical specifications, preparing RFP documentation, and providing a moderating role in the evaluation.
