Xyst worked closely with Napier City Council and the appropriate team leaders to determine their park categories for each park and a relevant maintenance standard. This was undertaken via workshops and follow up one on one meetings.
The aim of this work was to capture Napier’s current levels of service across their parks and to develop clear next steps.
