Review of Service Standards

We worked with the team to refine the park categories and quality standards i.e., high, medium or basic.

The purpose of this work was to capture the current operational levels of service to ensure consistency, identify gaps in maintenance and understand how their current level of service compared to industry best practice.

Capturing the levels of service also refreshed the understanding and purpose of regular performance audits.

Project Benefit

Xyst met with park maintenance team leaders to review and document their current levels of service. This included parks and gardens, sportsgrounds, civic spaces, and streetscapes.
