Using a combination of peer Council analysis, Yardstick benchmarking and our extensive local government experience to identify opportunities for improvement and a programme of change.
Invercargill Airport Lighting
Xyst designed both the airside, drop-off zone lighting for the Invercargill Airport. This project was one of the first LED installations for airside aprons and required extensive modelling and management of light to prevent light spill and glare.
Trigg Crescent Playground Engagement
We undertook a targeted community engagement approach delivering 800 fliers to residents living within a 10-15 minute walk of the proposed playground site.
