Asset Management Plan Peer Review

Xyst undertook a peer review of the Bay Venues Limited Asset Management Plan (2024-2027) structure and approach and provided an insight as to whether it meets best practice, identifying areas which are positive or which could be considered for improvement.

Lake Tekapo Wild Fire Mitigation

Xyst reviewed eligibility to the fund and prepared the application content, which included detailing the nature of the project, identifying the community need the project will meet, specification of the new park assets, community engagement and evidence of support.
