Thames-Coromandel District Council
At short notice, Xyst prepared a resource consent application and AEE for Council’s public boat ramp.
Matamata-Piako District Council
At short notice Xyst provided staffing resource to enable a study sabbatical.
Porirua City Council
Xyst led the processing of a significant application for temporary reserve closures and easements to develop and upgrade stormwater and wastewater infrastructure on a large sports park for Council’s parks department.
Thames-Coromandel District Council
Xyst was engaged on an interim secondment to cover a Harbour Facilities Officer position while the Thames Coromandel District Council recruited new staff.
Hutt City Counciil
Following the completion of Stage 1, Xyst developed a Play Space Maintenance Plan to provide a schedule of maintenance requirements for each asset that has been installed in the Pōmare Park Play Space, as part of the Stage 1 development completed in July 2024.
Selwyn District Council
Designed with both print and signage in mind, this new map aims to enhance the visitor experience and showcase the campground’s offerings as it reopens to the public.
Ruapehu District Council
The parks development and maintenance plan sets out the proposed maintenance standards and suggested local improvements for the parks and reserves administered by Council within the Taumarunui-Ōhura Ward.
Wyndham City Council
Park site operational plans were designed to provide a practical means of documenting how the parks will be serviced and the maintenance approach to be implemented, to ensure the agreed level of service is consistently met.
Nelson City Council
The capacity review allowed Council to prioritise sports field lighting projects and drainage/surface improvements and to ensure funding was provided in the Long-Term plan for these projects.
