Hutt City Council
Providing an updated list of park assets across the whole city area and giving them a condition grading for asset management purposes.
Whakatāne District Council
Xyst worked with Council to develop a proactive management plan which prioritises the inspection of Council’s large amenity tree population across the district based on risk.
Waikato District Council
Xyst designed human-centric lighting that made movement around the homestead comfortable and safe at night, while respecting the heritage nature of the location.
Napier City Council
Xyst conducted an independent performance reassessment on this facility to ascertain whether the facility is fit for purpose and investigated whether the current location remains the best site for renewed toilet facilities in Westshore.
Ruapehu District Council
Xyst worked with Council to rationalise and develop a revised concept within the available budget for the upgrade of Christie Park in Ohakune.
Marlborough District Council
The project provided Council with a comparison of the current method of open space service delivery with indicative costings and implications of a change in methodology.
Greater Sydney Parklands
Xyst was engaged by Greater Sydney Parklands to procure a suitable contractor for its Western Parks.
